Surf Rock Sounds Surf music was a huge part of my childhood, although I didn’t even know it. I remember watching so many beach movies on TV.  Now that I’ve rediscovered surf music, I’m constantly surprised by how many classic surf rock songs I recognize.  I enjoy every sub-genre of surf music, but I’m very excited by the many modern surf-rock bands. As a guitar player, I’m really drawn to the heavier, overdriven guitar tones. Bands like The Coffin Daggers, are a direct influence on my own Agents Of Surf sound.  No matter which style you choose, it’s the melody driven magic that keeps it interesting.  Stay Surfy! AOS
